• Logistics Specialist
• to support our expanding team.

• Position Summary:

• The
• Logistics Specialist
• is responsible for managing the full logistics lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant shipment and delivery of materials to and from our client’s warehouses. This individual plays a key role in coordinating with logistics service providers, managing freight and LTL carrier shipments, and supporting internal teams with timely and accurate logistics services.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Coordinate the shipment and delivery of materials to internal stakeholders and authorized customers + Perform relevant SAP system transactions and ensure compliance with logistics workflows + Create and manage basic shipments with freight and LTL carriers + Track and facilitate time-sensitive domestic shipments + Serve as the main point of contact for logistics service providers + Assist in updating and improving Logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) + Organize and manage communication within the shared freight email inbox + Maintain accurate local shipping documentation and support Finance with shipment references + Support service teams with field return logistics + Understand and identify hazmat vs.

non-hazmat shipment regulations + Maintain forklift certification, as required + Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold our client’s commitment to compliance

• Qualifications:

• + Experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination + Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/logistics systems preferred + Knowledge of domestic shipping practices, including LTL and hazmat regulations + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one + Understanding of safety procedures in regulated workspaces •
