The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately, while also managing inventory levels and coordinating with various departments. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Duties Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, from order entry to fulfillment. Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of products. Utilize systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP for tracking orders and inventory management. Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of materials needed for production. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment based on demand forecasts. Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the supply chain. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory transactions. Experience Proven experience in order management or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain management practices is essential. Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies is highly desirable. Proficiency in using ERP software such as Oracle EBS or SAP for managing orders and inventory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
