The ideal candidate would have the below experience: Requirements for the job: Familiarity with basic medical terminology, software, equipment and workflows. Proficient in Windows PC, MS Office apps, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Exceptional customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form in a consistently dependable and professional manner. Ability to research and dig for effective resolutions, and then deliver results in a poised and professional manner.
