Zebulon, NC Position Summary:

The Warehouse/Traffic/Logistics Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the warehouse and logistics departments. This role ensures the accurate coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory tracking, documentation, and effective communication with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules; prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, etc.) Track incoming and outgoing shipments, communicate with carriers, and resolve shipping delays or issues Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations Enter data into ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) Assist in scheduling and coordinating freight pickups and deliveries Liaise with freight providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and cost-effective logistics solutions Monitor and maintain supply of shipping materials and warehouse office inventory Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse activity, traffic logs, and carrier performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and shipping standards Support warehouse staff and management with administrative and clerical tasks Other duties as assigned Qualifications, Traits and Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse administration, traffic coordination, logistics, or related field Ability to successfully model Nomaco’s values Ability to work with teammates in all departments and areas of the business Possess and demonstrate customer service orientation (internal and external) Highly organized with an emphasis on quality of work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight terms, and transportation methods Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred 1-3years of logistics or warehouse administrative experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics or packaging Skills & Competencies Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Solid knowledge of logistics principles and warehouse operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/warehouse management systems Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external partners

Working Conditions:

On-site role in a manufacturing and warehouse environment May require standing, lifting, or walking for extended periods in warehouse or production areas Occasional overtime, weekend work, or flexible hours during peak production/shipping times
