Logistics Operations Assistant:
Daily completion of Proof of Delivery Process. Daily completion of Shipping Issues and communication to ensure these get resolved in a timely fashion. Assist with adding new items to Clixon and Noble and the communication of these added items. Assist in management of all drop shipments through PRISM drop ship partners when needed and communicate necessary changes to Client Operations when needed. Assist in management of all backordered items through drop ship partners when needed and ensure timely communication to Client Operations and assist with ensuring timely delivery to patients. Assist in developing and executing projects and objectives for Logistics to ensure continuous improvement in all protocols and procedures. Assist in the process of PRISM No Print Report from start to finish, while uploading tracking to patient files and ensuring all orders from previous day are accounted for. Assist Logistics Assistant with delivery exception resolutions and pick up creation, when needed. Provide support to other operational departments by uploading documentation to patient files. Ability to identify and handle a variety of challenging situations in a professional and courteous manner. Adheres to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately. Performs other duties as requested by Logistics Operations Manager and/or Director of Logistics & Facilities. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Minimum 6 months in a client-faced environment General office skills; typing, filing, and answering phones Ability to handle fast paced environment and multitask with a pleasant demeanor Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to resource information as it pertains to your experience
