Job Title:

Monday
- Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM
100% onsite at Keene, NH
Max bill rate: - /hr
Interview process: Phone screen, then onsite interview
Possibility of extension beyond October This is an ITAR facility.
Candidates must be complaint with
DOD/ITAR
requirements and be US citizens or nationals.
Top skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous production planning experience preferred (even one year is ok).
Would accept Office Admin experience, but truly prefers previous planning experience.
The purpose of this position:
to provide coordination and administrative support to the production control function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for printing, organizing and validating document packages. Ensuring all necessary information is readily available and accessible to all relevant team members.
- Tasked with data validation duties including verifying job start dates, correct reference matching to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- In charge of delivering and organizing jobs in the kitting room, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and ready for implementation.
- Entrusted with entering the complete status of each job into the system, providing updates to the team and ensuring everyone is aware of the progress and completion of tasks.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
- Locates and verifies materials listed on production orders
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other related duties as required
Skills:
- Computer fluency to include Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to follow procedure
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing and/or production planning experience desired but not required.
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to alcohol and acetone used for cleaning
- Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs
