Production and New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner at Allegro MicroSystems, LLC in Manchester, NH Execute supply chain planning process including Rough Cut Capacity planning (RCCP), and New Product Introduction (NPI) supply readiness. Provide a strong linkage between the Supply planning, Master Scheduling, Suppliers, and Operations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at the optimal cost to Allegro. Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, and the Program Management teams for on constraints and supply options for the optimized scenarios for NPI projects.

Duties:

Analyze, plan, initiate, and implement all activities related to Back-end capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery to support company targets for customer satisfaction, financial and inventory objectives. Work with Program Management Team to ensure that pre-release and post-release volume requirements are translated to capacity plans for internal manufacturing and external suppliers. Coordinate the development of capacity plans and monitors execution for internal manufacturing and external suppliers for serial production and NPI projects. Proactively identify bottlenecks or areas in capacity that would delay deliveries for downstream production, and/or result in significant impact on MPS. Ensure that the short-term and mid-team build plans supports Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and address any potential constraints and/or gaps. Manage Back-End factory execution decisions and optimize capacity for both internal factories and external subcons to support MPS. Support Monthly Supply Reviews at WC level to ensure that opportunities, risks, and escalations from Demand Review are addressed. Support the development of tailored supply chain (TSC) model and implement an inventory plan at various stages of production that will support OTD & inventory targets for NPI projects. Support the creation and presentation of SIOP material during monthly process. Manage sourcing rule changes, both system and execution and ensure system integrity. Maintain and manage Planning parameters in MRP system. Work with internal factory and suppliers for loading optimization. NRE/Prototype/Engineering build management. Manage the RCCP model to ensure weekly Build Plan/ monthly S&OP is capacity feasible.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in capacity planning, or material planning. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 1 year of experience in capacity planning, or material planning. Experience must include 1 total year with ERP systems including any of the following: Oracle, SAP, and/or Kinaxis RapidResponse. Hybrid office/home work schedule.
