Production Planner 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Manchester, NH We are partnering with a client in Manchester, that is in search of a Manufacturing Production Planner to oversee scheduling and prioritization of the production floor. The ideal candidate will bring ideas and energy•someone who may come from a smaller manufacturing company or a larger corporation with fresh ideas. Strong Excel skills and experience with manufacturing planning software are critical. Out client is even willing to invest in training for the right person who shows strong initiative and aptitude.

Friday Pay:

$65,000•$75,000

Focus on quality, customer service, and employee growth Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the factory’s production schedule (short•and long-term planning). Identify capacity constraints and propose solutions. Collaborate closely with Production Management to execute plans. Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maximize on-time delivery rates. Minimize disruptions from production line changeovers. Support shifting customer demands to improve satisfaction. Identify opportunities for production consolidation and efficiency improvements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly effective communication skills; able to build strong internal and external relationships. Strong organizational and planning skills; results-driven with a focus on meeting deadlines. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Expertise with all functions of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas, etc.). MRP system knowledge and manufacturing environment experience required. Ability to think critically and implement process improvements. Education and Experience 6+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with manufacturing scheduling, inventory control, and ERP/MRP systems highly preferred.
