Responsibilities Prepare and send Excel reports detailing weekly carrier freight spend to customers. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. Audit freight bills to identify and resolve errors effectively. Troubleshoot issues related to freight bills and keying entries. Requirements Excel Spreadsheet knowledge. Strong data analysis skills for effective decision-making. Knowledge of transportation management principles and practices is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
