• Our Financial Services client seeks a skilled professional with vendor management and IT Service Management expertise to drive transformation.

You will enhance vendor responses to production outages and align them with our ITSM processes. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

Rate:

$48 – $53/hr. W2

• Responsibilities:

• + Align vendor SLAs with incident management to improve response times.

+ Develop capabilities for rapid vendor engagement during incidents. + Define and assess metrics to improve vendor response effectiveness. + Identify process gaps and propose improvements in Vendor Support models. + Enhance vendor response efficiency and track case status. + Document and educate teams on process changes and develop knowledge articles.

• Experience Requirements:

• + Experience in vendor management and standard methods.

+ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. + ITIL expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management. + Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate technical details for various audiences. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
