Job Summary:

As a Fleet Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our vehicles rental-ready. You’ll be responsible for vehicle cleaning, customer communication, and ensuring cars are prepped and presentable for the next customer. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working with cars, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Detail and clean interior/exterior of rental vehicles Conduct quick vehicle inspections before and after rentals Restock detailing supplies and maintain equipment Assist with moving vehicles to and from garage or customer locations Support routine maintenance tasks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels) Communicate with management about vehicle condition and turnaround times Maintain a clean and organized workspace Occasionally assist with customer support and key handoffs (if needed)

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must pass a drug test and background test) Reliable transportation to/from work Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of cars/detailing is a plus but not required Must be dependable, respectful, and hard-working
