The Production Planner is responsible for issuing work ordersand monitoring production to ensure projects stay on schedule. Thisrole requires 3-5 years of supply chain experience, stronganalytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel andmanufacturing documentation. Description Develop and manage daily, weekly, andlong-term production schedules to ensure timely delivery ofprojects. Issue and track work orders, monitoring productionprogress to identify and resolve potential delays. Collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams including operations, supplychain, and quality to align production priorities. Analyzemanufacturing procedures, specifications, and Bills of Materials(BOMs) to ensure accurate and efficient planning. Adjust plansbased on shifting priorities, resource availability, and customerdemand in a fast-paced environment. Support small-scale projectsand continuous improvement initiatives within the productionprocess. Maintain detailed planning documentation and provideregular status updates to leadership. Profile An organized,detail-driven planner with 3-5 years of experience in supply chainor production planning. Skilled in analyzing manufacturing data,managing shifting priorities, and collaborating across teams, theybring a proactive mindset, strong Excel skills, and a clear focuson meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
