Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the ongoing commercial supply chain and distribution network to include contract manufacturing, raw material suppliers, packaging vendors and cross-functional oversight of third-party logistics (3PL) vendors. How the Supply Chain Manager does their job is just as important as delivering on budget and the expectation is that the Supply Chain Manager will adhere to Acrotech Compliance, Promotional and Regulatory Guidelines as outlined in our New Hire On-boarding and additional Training throughout their career.

Responsibilities:

Partner with development, quality and cross-functional leadership to ensure that the supplier, product distribution and commercial supply agreements are established and ready to support product launches and ongoing supply Responsible for the successful implementation of long-term supply chain strategy including establishment of necessary company infrastructure, procedures, policies and budgets On-time manufacturing and delivery of trade and sample products to the 3PL distributor and sales reps, avoids product stock-outs, and always ensure sufficient safety stock inventory Coordinate manufacturing plans and evaluate supply chain redundancy needs, ensuring that necessary product manufacturing and distribution backup resources are in place to avoid failure of supply or distribution to the marketplace in the event of a supply chain disruption Develop strategic business plans, supply chain continuity Sets company standards for the establishment of distribution practices and provides guidance for monitoring ongoing distribution key performance indicators to ensure the highest level of service is always provided to internal and external customers Promotes supply chain practices with respect to efficiency. Meets or exceeds Supply Chain performance objectives Acts, as needed, to quickly implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in the event of a Manufacturing or Distribution incident, Serious Adverse Event or Recall Oversee global logistics, product packaging for shipment and material movements Participate in product development teams Qualifications –

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to function independently and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment

Education & Experience:

BS degree in supply chain, logistics or related field 7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles in the pharmaceutical industry 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product supply chain and distribution system Track record in managing third-party manufacturing operations, logistics and supply chain functions Ability to travel domestically and internationally to contractor locations, as needed. 25% travel
