Salary:

Life Insurancecoverage Job Details Responsibilities:

Developing and implementingmaster schedules that align with company objectives, productioncapabilities, and preventative maintenance requirements. Manage thepurchasing of raw materials, and components needed to manufactureassigned products maintaining inventory levels per plant KPI’sCreate and maintain a valid capacity requirements plan thatsupports the master schedule. Identifying potential scheduledisruptions and developing contingency plans to mitigate anyadverse effects on production. Monitoring production status andensuring scheduling adherence, reporting discrepancies andvariances to higher management. Maintaining a comprehensive recordof all scheduling activities, changes, and outcome assessments.

Conducting routine analysis on production output versus the masterschedule to ensure targets are being met. Collaborating with supplychain team members to ensure the availability of necessarymaterials. Adjusting schedules based on equipment downtime,workforce changes, or new production priorities. Works withpurchasing, quality control, customer service and production tocoordinate the disposition of discrepant materials. Assists withphysical inventories and cycle counting discrepancy resolution.
