What You Will Do:
This individual will be the Portfolio Management lead which includes responsibility of month end activities, inventory management leadership and processes, and catalog management. The incumbent will work with key internal stakeholders to lead actions needed for maximizing service to our key retailers. He or She will use their Supply Chain experience as well as their business acumen, and strong collaborative/communication skills, to represent Operations during weekly meetings with senior business leaders and work closely with NAFS to coordinate customer shipments and mitigate risks. In order to achieve the above the position will be responsible for: Participation of Weekly Sales Call with internal stakeholders including commercial leaders, brand representatives, and Finance Weekly operational coordination and risk mitigation between Physical Distribution, Customer Supply Chain, OCS, and Transportation Management of the monthly close activities including month end cut off and compliance. Close alignment with Division and Finance. Evaluate inventory, forecasts, sales plans, and Manufacturing production plans to identify risks for launch. Understand and optimize SAP tools to support maximizing service. Execute SAP transitions around inventory holds, inventory allocations, and version changes. Identify and drive improvement of e2e product availability communication flows impacting OTIF Lead team of three individuals who focus on the inventory management activities.
What We Are Looking For:
BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline 5-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain related role Outstanding analytical and data management skills using Micros Soft Office Suite, Power BI and SAP systems Effectively communicate and influence across various functions Ability to bring Operations point of view in front of Business and Commerical leaders Demonstrated approach to managing and developing a high performing, highly engaged team Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
