The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the export process of goods via ocean freight, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of ocean export shipments from order initiation to final delivery. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export declarations. Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth transportation of goods. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels in the AS400 system. Collaborate with the distribution center team to ensure timely order picking and packing. Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Adhere to all shipping regulations and compliance requirements. Requirements Have STA training e-AWB experience Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics preferred. Familiarity with order picking processes in a distribution center environment. Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management. Basic math skills for accurate documentation and calculations. Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to operate reach trucks or similar equipment is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
