Our team focuses on providing high-quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your client’s chartering requests are handled as quickly as possible!
Job Description
A DAY IN THE
LIFEManage domestic transportation bookings from inquiry to completionIdentifying and eliciting new client opportunitiesProvide rate quotes to clients for servicesConduct presentations in client-facing and carrier-facing meetingsPerform client interactions like prospecting, qualifying, cold calling, negotiating, and closing dealsBuild wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisationWork productively in a pressurised environmentKeep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss, and added valueTracking and providing back-up to the domestic transportation teamQualifications
