Job Description
Import Specialist Intertrans Express NY 20 West Lincoln Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580 We are looking for the talents to join our Freight Forwarder team.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, WE PROVIDE TRAINING PROGRAM WITH GOOD PAYMENT
Follow up Ocean import shipment Input data to system Rate sheet management Vendor management and analysis Generate Arrival Notice, Delivery orders, Schedule shipment pickups, Delivery follow up, documentation Follow up and problem solve with customers Excellent organizational ability. Pays attention to details Strong sense of responsibility and knows how to take ownership of their accountabilities. Works well under pressure Stable and reliable. Experience in logistics operations is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft office tools, especially Excel Accurate with numbers, calculations etc.
