The Difference You Make:

Weare seeking a strategic and detail-oriented project manager tooversee third party vendor partnerships and lead cross functionalprojects that drive operational efficiency, compliance and valuecreation. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-endvendor lifecycle activities, ensuring service level performance.

Mitigating risk and supporting strategic initiatives acrossbusiness units. The role will also require compiling results andreports for senior management presentations. Vendor RelationshipManagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key externalvendors and service providers.
  • Manage vendor performance andservice delivery to ensure contractual obligations and servicelevels are met.
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews, includingperformance scorecards, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Partner with Legal and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatoryand contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate issue resolution andcontinuous improvement initiatives with vendors. Program & ProjectManagement
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects involvingvendor solutions, including onboarding, transitions, renewals, andoffboarding.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines,budgets, and communication frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internalstakeholders (IT, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, etc.) to alignprogram goals with business objectives.
  • Track key performanceindicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior leadership.

Compliance & Risk Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with internalpolicies and regulatory standards related to third-party riskmanagement (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, GLBA).
  • Support audits andregulatory reviews involving vendor relationships.
  • Maintaindocumentation of vendor due diligence, contracts, and performancemetrics. Stakeholder Communication
  • Build strong workingrelationships across departments to understand vendor needs andsupport business initiatives.
  • Present updates to seniormanagement, including risk, cost-saving opportunities, andstrategic vendor recommendations.
  • Support procurement with vendorselection, RFP processes, and contract negotiations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: Accounting,Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics orequivalent field.
  • Required.
  • Master’s Degree Accounting,Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics orequivalent field.
  • Preferred.
  • 9 Years Risk Management, CreditRisk or Internal Audit experience.
  • Required.
  • 5 Years in vendormanagement, procurement, project management, or banking operations
  • Required.
  • 9 Years Financial Industry experience.
  • Required.
  • 9 Years Consulting
  • Preferred.
  • Strong understanding ofthird-party risk management in a regulated financial servicesenvironment.
  • Proven project management experience (PMP orequivalent a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, andrelationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with vendormanagement systems, project management tools, Microsoft OfficeSuite, Confluence pages, Kanban boards and Jira process
  • Abilityto manage multiple vendors and programs in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment.

The base pay range for this position isposted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourlypositions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour workweek. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience,training, licensure and certifications and location.

$101,250.00
