Job description
Post-Production Coordinator (On-Site – Midtown NYC)
Temporary | 2-Month Assignment (Potential to Extend)
Join a dynamic, fashion-forward team at a multi-brand apparel company!
Are you a detail-obsessed visual storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments? Our clients in-house marketing team is looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to support the seamless flow of ecomm product imagery—from retouching to delivery.
This is a high-impact, in-office role (Midtown NYC) perfect for someone who knows how to manage creative processes with precision and style. We’re not seeking a retoucher, but someone who knows how to elevate the work of retouchers—ensuring all assets meet exacting brand and retail standards.
What You’ll Do:
Own the image workflow: Mark up and route a high volume of product images (500+ weekly) through the retouching and approval pipeline.
Quality control: Review retouched images and ensure they align with brand guidelines and retailer specs.
Communicate with clarity: Provide actionable feedback to retouchers, keeping quality high and revisions minimal.
Keep it moving: Track progress and manage timelines to ensure all imagery is delivered on time.
Be the hub: Maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners and outside vendors.
What You Bring:
Experience in a photo studio or creative agency (apparel ecomm photography experience highly preferred).
A sharp eye and obsessive attention to detail—you notice what others miss.
Proven experience managing vendors and creative deliverables under tight timelines.
Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and stay on track.
Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Suite, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
A proactive, solutions-first attitude—you keep things running efficiently.
