Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Production Planner opportunities in New York, NY. Responsibilities for a Production Planner include but are not limited to:

Studio Bookings & Scheduling:

Manage all studio bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation to avoid conflicts and maximize studio utilization.

Equipment Management & Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all studio equipment, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Studio Operations & Logistics:

Manage day-to-day studio operations, including booking cleaning services, managing supplies inventory, and maintaining a clean andanized studio environment.

Corporate Support:

Assist the CDMO Team with production and studio strategy needs, including administrativeanization, deck creation, and support.
Candidates for Production Planner must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Proven experience in a studio or related field within the media production industry, with a strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and terminology.
Exceptionalanizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in industry-standard studio equipment and software.

• Friday, 8:00 AM
• 6:00 PM (with potential for 7:30 AM
• 7:00 PM depending on closing procedures)

Pay Details:

$32.00 to $32.62 per hour
