Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:45p with a 45-minute lunch.
Position Overview:
Logistics Freight Billing Associate to support daily shipping operations. The role focuses on creating bills of lading, calculating freight costs, preparing shipments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare bills of lading for inbound and outbound shipments.
Verify shipment details, select carriers, and calculate freight charges.
Export inventory data from business systems into Excel for reporting.
Communicate with retail staff to confirm order accuracy.
Verify outbound shipments and ensure correct documentation.
Handle internal and external customer inquiries related to freight and shipping.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight billing preferred.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
