Commack, NY Job Description:

Seeking a Logistics Associate to manage supply distribution and facility operations across clinical and non-clinical areas. Responsibilities include maintaining par levels for medical supplies and equipment, inventory control, restocking, and coordinating with vendors and facility teams. The ideal candidate will ensure all patient and staff areas are properly stocked, safe, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

Order, track, and maintain inventory levels using systems like Helios. Distribute and stock supplies in designated areas including treatment and patient rooms. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to manage supply needs. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage overstock/returns. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Up to $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
