$17 – $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM – 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Be the master of mail flow: You’ll expertly prioritize and track mail to hit every deadline.
Team up for solutions:
Work hand-in-hand with IT and other teams to troubleshoot system issues and get things resolved fast.
Keep everyone in the loop:
You’ll be the go-to person to coordinate with production, vendors, and USPS for seamless big mailings.
Innovate and improve:
Help us find clever ways to make our mail processes more efficient.
Ensure flawless execution:
You’ll use reports to guarantee accuracy in mail release and sorting.
Get hands-on with materials:
You’ll prepare mail for our presort vendors and move materials around the department, ideally with 6+ months of experience operating a ride-on pallet jack.
What We’re Looking For:
Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational abilities to manage workload and other duties as assigned effectively. Detail-oriented with accurate tracking and documentation skills. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
