Maintenance and Resident Transport Specialist We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance & Resident Transport Specialist to support the upkeep of our facility and ensure safe, seamless transportation for our residents. This dual-role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Prior experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Primary Responsibilities (Maintenance): Perform general building maintenance and respond promptly to repair requests. Conduct regular safety inspections and address issues as needed. Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping and snow removal. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized services. Secondary Responsibilities (Resident Transport): Safely transport residents to medical appointments, facility events, and outings using company vehicles. Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety. Keep transport vehicles clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and respectful approach when working with residents.
Compensation & Benefits:
