It specializes in the export of electronic parts such as semiconductors, connectors, and fasteners to the Japanese market, serving clients in the defense, commercial, and space sectors. With over 500 vendor relationships, it operates with a lean and efficient bilingual team in a small office-warehouse environment. Job Summary The company is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (Japanese-English) team member to support customer service, order processing, and logistics coordination. This position offers hands-on involvement with international clients and suppliers and the opportunity to grow within a tight-knit, cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities Client and Supplier Communication Act as the main contact for customers and vendors during the order process Respond to order inquiries and resolve logistics issues Logistics and Shipping Coordinate shipment schedules with overseas customers Work with internal teams to address shipping delays or discrepancies Procurement Support Review purchase requests and create purchase orders Monitor inventory and track deliveries Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor contracts Quality Assurance Collaboration Support product inspections and documentation Communicate product status and quality issues to relevant teams Customer Feedback and Service Collect and analyze customer feedback Suggest improvements for service and operational efficiency Administrative and Cross-Functional Support Communicate with internal teams and external partners Contribute to process improvement and documentation accuracy Qualifications Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented Basic computer and office technology skills Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced environment Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts is a plus (on-the-job training provided) Additional Information On-site work only (no remote options) Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break Three-month probationary period Approximately 10-person team New graduates welcome Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no OPT or visa sponsorship) If you are motivated, bilingual, and looking to join a stable company with international reach, we welcome your application.
