Community and Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Database Management Maintain, grow, and understand the respondent database. Create and distribute email campaigns for recruitment using graphic design platforms. Serve as a point of contact for respondents participating in studies. Create and send text message reminders and study updates. Shipping, Inventory & Product Management Organize and maintain the test product storage, keeping a detailed inventory document tracking product arrival dates, quantities, and security status. Receive product shipments, inspect them for condition and accuracy, and update inventory records accordingly. Communicate product arrivals, conditions, and counts to Research Coordinator and/or clients promptly. Coordinate and prepare packages for outgoing shipment — whether to respondents, other research facilities, or back to clients — ensuring proper documentation and tracking. Take standardized product photos for reporting purposes and save them in designated job folders. Assist Research Coordinator in preparing any required visual documentation or materials (such as photos or videos) to support research participant deliverables. Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all products and related materials throughout the research process. Social Media & Content Production Facilitate study participant office visits for a diverse range of studies. Assist in growing and maintaining Moore Research’s social media presence with consumers and clients. Create content for all social platforms. Respond to comments and direct messages to engage with the online community. Deliver social media insights and database engagement updates to the team in monthly meetings. Team Support & Research Assistance Support other staff members as needed with various tasks. Recruit participants to take part in research projects as needed. Assist with programming surveys, pulling data, and coding open-ended survey answers as needed. Ensure meticulous organization and accuracy in all paperwork. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in business, market research, marketing, communications, mathematics, or social science (preferred not required) Excellent written and oral communication skills Have excellent organizational skills Self-starter and creative thinker, responsive to situations as they arise Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
