Job Title:
BuyerJob Description Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and within departments according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material and production needs, ensuring the quality of your work. Operate under direct supervision within a well-defined operations framework, following a sequence of standard operational tasks to achieve the desired outcome. Responsibilities + Manage master planning, material processes, and systems. + Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. + Ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs. + Optimize inventory and implement process improvements. + Develop conceptual knowledge in professional discipline. + Collaborate with others to resolve issues using established procedures. + Consult with supervisors or senior team members for guidance on undefined issues. + Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the company and customers. Essential Skills + Supply chain management + Industrial engineering + Purchasing Additional Skills & Qualifications + B.S. in Industrial Engineering or a related field + General knowledge of business developed through education or past experience + Understanding of how team work contributes to the broader area Work Environment Work on-site five days a week with flexible start times, allowing for shifts such as 7 AM to 3 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 – $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
