Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Material PlanningCoordinator II to join its organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow departments material handling practices and proceduresalong with customer requirements in a safe and efficientmanner Verify quantity and conformance of materials to statedidentifications and documentation, Work with Oracle and other computer systems including bothin-house programs and customer portals. Work with a team and collaborate with other departments to meetproduction needs. Print shipping labels Process shipments (ordering trucks/BOLs) Process supplier receipts/manifests Drop shipments Process MRO materials (handling, receiving, anddelivering) Process small parts receiving (opening, counting, inspecting,receiving, put away) Process requisitions for POs Send secure blueprints to suppliers Update aged materials report Update hot parts log Process reverse material flow Monitor controlled locations Monitor receipts thoroughly physically and systematically Research and supply suggested locations for put away parts Work and communicate as a team Cross train with Material Planning Coordinator IV’s to serve asbackup.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma plus 1+ year of experience or equivalenteducation/experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,Outlook) Experience performing data entry, utilizing email, andnavigating the internet Forklift experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Associate Degree or higher level of education in SupplyChain Experience in Defense, Aerospace, Combat Vehicle productdevelopment and/or Manufacturing work environment

$42436 – $67898Please note: This range is based on ourmarket pay structures. However, individual salaries are determinedby a variety of factors including, but not limited to: businessconsiderations, local market conditions, and internal equity, aswell as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, andexperience.
