Shipping & Logistics Operations Associate National Beverage Screen Printers Inc. 12000 Main St, Williston, SC 29853

Duties:

• Pull and check orders to fulfill customer purchase orders
• Inspect and organize inventory
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other tracking tools
• Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely shipping and receiving operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with picking, packing, and labeling procedures
• Basic knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for inventory management
• Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
