Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes for all transportation requests Analyze costs associated with transportation (shipping, permits, fuel, etc) to ensure quotes are profitable Monitor competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions Analyze costs associated with transportation (shipping, permits, fuel, etc) to ensure quotes are profitable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies Communicate monthly fuel update to employees and customers Provide reports and insights on pricing performance in the industry Develop and maintain relationships with customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Experience High school diploma or GED required Knowledge of transportation and logistics preferred Experience in pricing/quoting a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven customer service capabilities
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work with a variety of products Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb on and off equipment, bend, kneel, reach, stand and squat Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
