Primary Job Responsibilities Coordinate intercompany shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials between sites. Analyze material availability in SAP to support production and fulfillment schedules. Perform inventory transactions in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. Actively communicate with intercompany planning teams to align on shipment priorities, material needs, and inventory discrepancies. Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and disruptions. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse) to support operational goals. Upload Shipping Documents Assist with deliveries and pick-ups with various trucking companies Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standards Job Requirements Experience with utilizing a computer for tracking, documenting, researching projects/shipment information 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or inventory management. Proficient in SAP, particularly in material availability analysis and inventory transactions. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; ability to analyze data and generate reports. Familiarity with transportation coordination and documentation processes. Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing logistics challenges.
