The ideal candidate for this position is an outgoing, natural communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Your day will consist of communicating with design leads by phone, email, text, etc., maintaining a detailed consultation calendar, and following up with leads who are in progress. As the primary point of contact for consultation appointments, you will learn to discuss our Design-Build service offerings and how to determine which service will best fit the client’s needs based on project size, objective, and budget. Brownswood Nursery is Charleston’s largest nursery and design-build firm. We offer a complete line of services from growing to landscape design and installation to maintenance. Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills High attention to detail Sense of urgency Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at once MUST have prior phone sales experience, customer service and appointment-setting experience required Horticultural knowledge is a plus, but not required
Duties:
Respond promptly to newly received leads Make outbound calls to set appointments (No cold calling) Discuss Design-Build services with potential customers Schedule landscape design consultations Input client information into CRM (customer relationship management) software Maintain a follow-up schedule for in-progress leads Enter lead communication notes into CRM Prepare scheduled leads for consultation and gather necessary documents Prepare design estimates with a lead designer before the appointment Prepare weekly reports Participate in team and process development meetings
