  • 4:30PM Summary Responsible for day-to-day onboarding related to vendor management with a strong attention to detail, analytical capability, computer confidence, and follow through skills to interact directly with 3rd party trades.

Key Accountabilities & Activities Curate online vendor onboarding on a daily basis. Address vendor questions and create vendor FAQ training material. Own a bi-monthly vendor newsletter to nurture vendor communication. Own Social Media vendor communication Present and host vendor webinars. Maintain an up-to-date vendor database by market and by trade (circa 600 active vendors in 47 markets). Review vendor applications with LexisNexis. Review vendor credentials with IRS EIN tools. Proactively manage vendor invoicing performance with an ability to overview processes and analyze actuals by vendor. Work with cross functional teams (Accounting, Ops, Markets) to maintain and monitor standardized vendor KPIs. Assist in the planning and creation of QBRs with key strategic vendors. Manage quarterly and annual vendor audits. Deliverables Weekly vendor onboarding status. Archetypal vendor FAQs. Bi-monthly vendor newsletters. Vendor informational and support webinars. An up-to-date vendor database. Improved vendor invoicing. Monthly vendor KPI reporting improvement. QBRs. Vendor audits.
