Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities Develop and maintainproduction schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resourceutilization. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, andquality teams to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor inventorylevels and coordinate supply chain activities to prevent shortagesor excess stock. Use SAP and Schaeffler production systems toinput, update, and retrieve production data. Generate reports anddocumentation using Microsoft Office tools to support productionplanning and analysis. Identify potential production delays orissues and proactively communicate with relevant departments.

Assist in maintaining production documentation and compliancerecords. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzingproduction data and workflows. Ensure adherence to safety, quality,and environmental standards.

Your Qualifications Required:

Highschool diploma or GED equivalent Ability to follow written andverbal instructions and write clear communication in EnglishAbility to understand and adapt manufacturing processes and timesequences Good visual acuity Ability to lift medium-heavy objectsif required Applicants must be authorized to work in the US withoutemployment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:
