Responsibilities:
Process booking confirmations and send booking requests to freight forwarders/carriers. Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely updates in OTM. Review shipment need-by dates to determine appropriate transport mode (air vs. ocean). Validate Incoterms between email instructions and OTM records. Initiate and manage Spot Quote RFQs with freight forwarders.
