Job Description
MAU is hiring a Material Requirements Planning ( MRP) Planner for our client in Greenville, SC. As an MRP Planner, you will manage the flow of direct materials within a manufacturing cell or area, ensuring material availability and transaction accuracy across ERP/MES systems. This is a contract position with the potential for direct hire.

Shift Information:
Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00
PM Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing /
Materials, Planning, and Execution Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields Experience working with modern ERP systems, especially SAP Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to manage changing/conflicting priorities effectively Analytical and system proficiency skills Experience interfacing with all levels of management Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to operate effectively in any organizational structure
General Requirements:
Proficiency in ERP/MES systems Ability to convey performance expectations Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective action plans Knowledge of best practices and technical disciplines relevant to materials planning
Essential Functions:
Create and release Production Orders and Purchase Requisitions to support the master schedule Manage material movement for assembly, machining, and subcontracting processes Identify critical material shortages and coordinate corrective actions Control inventory levels and handle disposition of obsolete, non-conforming, and excess materials Monitor and act on plan performance to mitigate risks Ensure material input meets customer requirements while maintaining financial inventory targets Maintain BOM and Master Data accuracy Manage system cleanliness via date management and exception message analysis Track schedule adherence and completion of work orders Interface with internal teams and external vendors as needed Complete required training on time Apply in-depth technical knowledge to support policy and strategy execution Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
