We are looking for a Vendor Supplier Manager.

You will collaborate with multiple HR partners, business teammembers, and key stakeholders like Operations and CorporateProcurement to help our organization manage the sourcing processfor external staffing and learning solutions. Responsibilities Workwith programs leads to understand their sourcing needs. Find orsuggest a supplier that meets Partners’ goals. Negotiate businessand legal terms following Microsoft policies and standards. Createor renew Statement of Works (SOWs) using Microsoft approved forms.

Maintain good relationships with both suppliers and program owners.

Be a Trusted Advisor for program owners on contracted processes andprocedures Track RFI/RFP (Requests for Information/Proposals)Provide weekly status reports on volume, processing timeframes, andService Level Agreements (SLAs) Document and improve end to endprocesses. Assist in resolving procurement and operational issues.

Prepare for key supplier performance reviews, and meetings. Managethe tools and processes needed to support the program. Partner withProcurement to enhance sourcing insight and program management.

Support other LOC business and operation management team members asneeded. Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4 years’ workexperience in program management, process management, processimprovement OR equivalent experience. Additional or PreferredQualifications Experience in HR, Procurement or Vendor Management.
