Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in logistics or clerical support? We are hiring an Inbound Logistics Clerk for one of our clients located in Loris, SC. This is a full-time, 40 hour-per-week opportunity with competitive pay starting at $15.00 hourly. Now if the meet the qualifications listed below.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage container and product schedules
Perform accurate data entry for logistics records and shipping tracking
Review and update product information from invoices for each incoming container
Provided clerical support to the inbound logistics team
Follow up with Flexport (third-party vendor) to ensure timely container updates
investigate and resolve issues related to unexpected container arrivals
Communicate proactively with distribution centers regarding container schedules
Provide at least two weeks’ notice to DCs for all incoming containers

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP)
Experience using Gmail in a professional setting
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong communication skills, especially with vendors and internal teams

Pay Details:

$15.00 per hour
