KPI/ Materials Specialist 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 284 Mawsons Way, Newberry, SC 29108 Position Summary This position is responsible for the system management of NERP, GMES, Sigma Alpha, and other manufactoring systems to drive improvements in production floor using data. Additionally, this job will require inventory management of MIP and Injection materials, which includes GI/GR monitoring, ROH and Resin ordering and
GR, HALB
material flow management, GMES cycle count adjustment/management, etc.. Role and Responsibilities Level 1 1. Manage the MIP and/or Injection Promise system and attendance tracking 2. Track MIP and/or Injection KPIs which includes defect rate, time operation, SLs, production result, manhour efficiency, etc.. 3. Analyze MIP and/or Injection KPI trends exercising their own discretion and independent judgement 4. Asset management to include work orders and purchases 5. Manage GMES system which includes work calendar, time operation system and attendance registration and escalate any abnormality exercising their own discretion and independent judgement 6. Track and order HALB, ROH, and raw materials based on main/sub line demand 7. Monitor and scrap materials based on GMES, gFOMs defect registration 8. Audit physical vs system defect registration and report out any discrepancy 9. All other duties as assigned Level 2 1. Must be able to perform all level 1 job duties. 2. Manage the MIP and/or Injection Promise system and attendance tracking 3. Manage NERP inventories for all MIP and Injection material levels 8. Monitor

system inventory vs. system and analyze any discrepancies 9. Ensure procurement of all materials so that there is never a material shortage 10. All other duties as assigned – Can do both KPI and inventory Level 3 1. Must be able to perform all level 1 and 2 job duties. 2. Manage, analyze, and develop countermeasures for physical inventories versus system discrepancies 3. Conduct root cause analysis for recorded scrap and manage scrap recording process 4. Analyze WIP Aging (and how to reduce) 5. Work across departments to ensure material readiness and develop processes to ensure proper delivery of material across all lines 6. Manage and conduct bi-annual global inventory audit and weekly critical material cycle count 7. Responsible for training and development of department cycle counters 8. All other duties as assigned #

Skills and Qualifications Level 1 1.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher in business or other related major preferred. 2.
Experience:
3 year of inventory control experience required. Level 2 1.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related major required 2.
Experience:
2 – 4 years of relevant work experience required Level 3 1.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, supply chain management, or related discipline required 2.
Experience:
5 – 6 years experience in materials management or supply chain required 3.
Knowledge:
Demonstrated expertise with manufacturing management and a strong understanding of process flow. 4.
Skills:
Excellent communication, Project Management, Problem & Solving Skills, Excellent time management, Effective collaboration skills, High attention to detalis.
Technical skills:
Competent Microsoft office, General Computer Skills, Manufactoring System Use 5. Domestic role. Some direct interaction with HQ or region. 6.
