Be the difference. Job Summary Collaborates with the surrounding perioperative departments as needed to provide surgical staff with supplies, reports, and tracking. Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health’s values: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Performs system data entry and follow-up required to establish and maintain inventory within the OptiFlex, Workday, and/or Pyxis programs (to include all of its par locations throughout perioperative services). Provide needed reports and/or computerized records. Completes inventory processes, inclusive of, but not limited to stock additions, changes, deletions, receiving, pick confirmation, issuing corrections, replenishment verification, and cycle/physical inventory counts. Process product returns, orders, and transfers. Performs case pick process, determined by Picklist, to include scheduled and add-on cases in an accurate and timely manner. Prepares, prints, distributes, and ensures retrieval and storage integrity of purchasing and/or inventory control documents. Assists with the departmental phones to expedite supplies needed to the OR. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements Education – High School diploma or equivalent Experience – Two (2) years of healthcare materials services / materials handling.
