The Supply Chain Management Associate will be responsible for a variety of sales and inventory tasks. Duties include processing orders and assisting in inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

Processing and confirming customer orders. Contacting customers to confirm order details and shipping information, as well as responding to customer inquires about orders. Reviewing order details to ensure accuracy, such as pricing, quantity, description, and shipping information for customers and vendors. Handling customer communication as it pertains to ordering – questions, changes, etc. Maintaining records of customer orders and fullfillment activiites such as shipping and invoicing. Working with the sales team or directly with customers to generate quores. Creating packing slips. Invoicing customers Processing credit card orders and appropriate entry in QuickBooks. Adding new finished goods to the inventory system (establishing BOM) Monitoring raw material levels and purchasing more as needed (with oversight) Entering raw materials into inventory Support various internal teams regarding the products and materials available.

Basic requirements:

Proven experience with inventory management, sales and customer support. Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements A Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of experience is preferred.
