Job Responsibilities:
Integrate sales, operations and supplier planning in order to meet the customer demand and effectively use the resources Analyze, plan and manage production planning activities to optimally use resources and improve throughput times Create/change material master data, BOM, routing, customer master data and info records, schedule agreements and packaging instructions in SAP Capacity planning and monitoring of productions lines (planned/actual output, shift model,…) Long /mid/ short term (JIS) production planning Provide excellent customer service in order to meet customer expectations. Responsible for customer demand analysis and subsequent production planning. Monitor material availability of finished goods Align material demands with Material Planner based on the production plan Monitor supply and consumption of finished goods packaging (racks, cardboard,…) Create all related reports and track the timely fulfillment of customer orders Maintain and monitor single customer orders Coordinate and book return shipments from customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience. Experience with SAP required. Experience in automotive preferred. Proficient computer skills
