We are currently searching for Receiver to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC.
What you will do:
Complete and submit to the shift supervisor, a Material Handling Equipment Safety Inspection sheet at the end of each shift. The safe operations of the plants material handling equipment The movement of materials, tooling and supplies required for vendor receipts or support of the manufacturing processes; applying the safety guidelines of the facility at all times Maintaining order within the storage locations of the plant in accordance with the plants PFEP and 5s audit. Ensuring that all material movements are processed in accordance with the plants inventory accuracy requirements: Shipping Receiving Scrap Removal Warehouse transfers Follow the documented receiving processes, ensuring that al loads, inbound are loaded/unloaded in a safe, timely manner, material is verified to the documentation prior to driver signature and required ERP processing is completed accurately. Receipt transactions ente4red into the ERP System within the next working shift Materials is moved from truck to designated storage location. Develop receipt BoL storage process Identify and communicate receiving discrepancies To perform all other duties assigned by Department Manager. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring:
Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer and math skills (MS Office- Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Ability to safely operate forklift or standup lift Ability to safely lift and/or pull 30 lbs without restriction Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time Ability to work weekends, overtime and off-shift as needed
