About the Team The Supply Chain Specialist I- Customs will be responsible for admin management within Duncan’s Free Trade Zone Operations and coordinating compliance activities relative to FTZ Operations for the assigned trade lane. What you can look forward to as the

Supply Chain Specialist I- Customs:

Receiving and coordinating audits to the FTZ by authorities.
Submitting Importer Security Filings (ISF)
Process Inbound in-bonds (CF7512), permits to transfer (ePTT), Zone Admissions (e214), and Outbound in-bonds (CF7512)
Review Inventory and process adjustments as required
Coordinate and close out 06/08 entry type submissions as appropriate
Monitor FTZ system error messages and resolve as required
Monitor import product and ensure the company is operating within the scope of authority.
Day-to-day FTZ operations relative to production parts and whole automobiles
Prepare KPI’s to ensure operational effectiveness Your Profile as a

Supply Chain Specialist I- Customs:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3+ years of experience with customs and/or supply chain-related projects (FTZ operations appreciated)
Extensive background in tariff classification, as well as country of origin issues and US Customs regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Experience working within customs management software (Integration Point preferred) and Microsoft office tools (Access and Excel)
Proven ability to analyze and interpret data and supply chain-related processes
Proven ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management What We Offer at
