Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Vendor Management Analyst to join our team. The Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing vendor relationships to ensure the best possible service and value for LPL. This role will be supporting the management of third-party vendors by ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements as well as validating contract completeness and accuracy to allow for efficient processing. Additional duties may also include writing and editing procedures and playbooks for the team, working closely with Vendor Relationship Managers and other team members. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, contract review and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using key metrics, KPIs and SLAs to ensure contract compliance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage vendor contracts and contact information ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and ensure mutual benefits.
Collaboration:
work with internal stakeholders, procurement, finance and other departments to assess vendor requirement and performances needs. Assist in vendor onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare reports that summarize vendor performance Coordinate resolution of vendor issues and escalate concerns as necessary What are we looking for? Requirements:
4-year degree in business or technology 2 years of overall experience with at least 1 year of experience in vendor management 1 year of experience managing technology delivery working with nearshore and offshore providers 1 year of experience with SLA management and ability to explain processes used and results

$32.34-$53.91/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
