We are seeking a dedicated and community-driven Donation Logistics Head to oversee and facilitate service appointments for our donation program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing donations from customers and ensuring their timely delivery to partner charities in Nashville. Your responsibilities will include heavy lifting, tracking appointments and drivers, preparing donations for delivery, and maintaining accurate records. Effective communication with partner charities and customers is essential to ensure a smooth and impactful donation process.

Job Requirements:

• Heavy Lifting Ability:

  Capable of lifting heavy items such as couches, chairs, and tables.

• Community-Focused:

  Demonstrated drive to contribute positively to the community and assist those in need.

• Logistics Management:

  Ability to track service appointments, drivers, and donations to ensure timely and efficient operations.

• Donation Preparation:

  Prepare donations for delivery, ensuring they meet the needs and requirements of partner charities.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain up-to-date records of appointments, donation deliveries, and customer information.

Provide information to customers regarding the status of their appointments and address any inquiries.
