Job Description
Description Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with inbound transportation. Continuing to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. Candidates will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor, verify, and present data daily Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time Identify transportation defect root causes Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
Lead Daily Business Review Stand Experience:
Good relationship building skills, good at organization, communicate effectively on top of technical skills, going through lowest cost provide, managing disruptions as they occur, supply chain technical skills. Can be from supply chain or logistics, but they are open, a lot of support and training for hard skills, what is more difficult is the interpersonal and organizational skills, need to hit the ground running.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of Logistics or Supply Chain
- Understanding of basic data analytical skills
- Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals
- Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
- Interpersonal and customer service skills What programs does your team use?
- Microsoft Excel knowledge required (pivot tables)
