Job Description

Order Management Specialist:

Responsible for overseeing sales orders to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, with a focus on maintaining order integrity and proactivemunication to promptly address any issues. Success in this role requires stronganizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and bing proficient as a subject matter expert within Philips’ Order Desk Commercial Operations team.
Your role:
Ensure order integrity and timelymunication with both internal and external customers to resolve any discrepancies in order dates.
Update customer order details promptly in Project Management and ERP systems as directed by the Project Manager.
Align factory confirmed delivery dates with project manager requested dates and take necessary actions to minimize discrepancies.
Track order shipments through Merge Center and customer sites, utilizing logistical databases and carrier s to ensure on-time andplete deliveries; expedite deliveries when necessary.
You’re the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalentbination of education and or relevant business experience preferred
You’ve acquired 2+ years of Supply Chain related business experience is preferred
2+ years of business systems experience (ex:

SAP/ ERP

systems, MS Office, Siebel) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred.
Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability tomunicate clearly with both internal and external customers

Field roles are most effectively done outside of thepany’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $23 to $29.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, otherpensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, salesmission or long-term incentives may be offered.
