Job Description

We are looking for a buyer for Greenworks in Morristown, TN. You must have experience with outdoor power equipment. You will be responsible for managing the flow of materials throughout the production lifecycle, from procurement to final product delivery.

They work Monday

  • Friday 7:00am
  • 3:3pm.

Analyze production schedules and forecasts to determine material requirements.

Collaborate with procurement and purchasing teams to generate purchase orders, track incoming shipments, and expedite critical materials when necessary.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, address quality issues, and manage logistics.

Review material specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production lines.

Identify and report any material shortages or potential supply chain disruptions, and work to resolve them quickly.

Manage the return of excess or non-conforming materials to inventory or suppliers.

Support new product introductions by ensuring material availability and proper setup in the inventory system.
